HC Humanities Lab: Auditory Curiosity
The submitted assignment was a podcast presentation for the class Auditory Curiosity (the file I submitted was me going through the presentation the night before). We were able to choose our topic freely as long as we related it to some of the broad topics we discussed in class and incorporate interviews and matching sounds or noise.
I chose to talk about synesthesia which is a condition / talent (depends what your perspective on it is) that allows you to combine one or more of your senses. Not only was I able to find several people with synesthesia for my assignment, but many also agreed to be interviewed and so gave me the opportunity to learn so much more about this wonderful phenomenon.
